Axis provides remote services with routine communication by email or an agreed client portal. No face-to-face visits are included. Phone calls can be scheduled when a topic is difficult to resolve in writing. Update frequency and urgent notification channels are agreed for each engagement.
Significant urgent issues are communicated promptly after Axis becomes aware and assesses the issue, rather than waiting for a routine report. This does not promise continuous monitoring, immediate response, or after-hours emergency coverage.
